Cameryn Smith

Cameryn Smith is Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in women’s health, family medicine, and patient-centered care. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Creighton University in 2019 and is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, from perimenopause to menopause, and addressing complex hormonal and reproductive concerns.  Cameryn’s professional journey began in labor and delivery at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, where she refined her skills in maternal care. She also practiced in a rural Montana setting, providing comprehensive family medicine to underserved populations, which strengthened her commitment to accessible and personalized healthcare.  Specializing in female wellness and hormone therapy, she focuses on conditions such as PCOS, hashimoto’s thyroiditis, sexual wellness, contraception, and functional and integrative care. Additionally, Cameryn offers aesthetic services, including Botox, Sculptra, and skin rejuvenation procedures, to enhance overall well-being and confidence.  Outside of her clinical practice, Cameryn is happily married with two boys, a girl, and a lively dog. She enjoys being an active mother, traveling with her family, running marathons, hitting the ski slopes, and spending quality time with friends and loved ones.  Her goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs;empowering women to live healthier, happier lives.

Crystal Miller

Crystal Miller, CNM, WHNP-BC has worked in women’s health for 14 years. She has a passion for women’s health and is focused on helping women achieve optimal health and wellness in every decade of life.  Her patient care philosophy focuses on providing holistic care through partnership and honors every woman as the expert on their own body.  Crystal is a certified nurse midwife and has a postgraduate degree in Women’s health. Crystal has served women as a primary care NP, a nurse midwife, and a gynecological, post-surgical, labor & delivery, and postpartum nurse. Women’s health is truly her professional and personal passion.  Crystal and her family have had great adventures moving about the country and are thrilled to now be settled in the beautiful Heber Valley. She lives with her husband, five children, and Berna-doodle puppy.  She loves a long hike, a good book, an interesting meal, and a new adventure.

Carlee Sharp

Carlee Sharp, FNP,-C is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of specialized experience in aesthetic medicine. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for enhancing natural beauty, Carlee is known for delivering subtle, sophisticated results that empower clients to look and feel their best. She combines clinical expertise with an artistic approach to provide customized treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and more. Dedicated to safety, continued education, and patient satisfaction, Carlee ensures every client experience is rooted in trust, comfort, and excellence.

Melissa Duke, FNP, has more than 20 years of experience as a nurse. We are thrilled to have her join our team.

Kristen Fuller

Dietitian, is a seasoned functional nutritionist with over a decade of experience. She specializes in weight loss, gut health, and intuitive eating. Outside of work, Kristen stays busy raising four boys, a dog, a cat, and a lively flock of chickens.
